Absolutely! Pregnant women may find the most relief of anyone who floats! The extra pressure your body has to endure while on your feet can be relieved by the weightless effect of floating.

Due to the concentration of salt in the tub, your body will stay buoyant; no matter your weight. What is most likely to happen is you get woken up by a bit of salt water in your eyes.

Here at Theta Wave Float & Wellness, we provide nearly everything you will need to float; towels, robes, sandals and water to drink. Each room is completely private and you may float in the nude. That being said, if you would feel more comfortable floating in a bathing suit, you are more than welcome to bring one. Your hair is also going to get wet, so we would recommend bringing a brush.

Of course, just follow the same protocol that you would at a swimming pool.

Congrats on the new ink! However, since a fresh tattoo is really just an open wound, you WILL find that the salt burns. Also, soaking a new tattoo is never a good idea and could cause fading and discolouration. We would suggest waiting a minimum of 4 - 6 weeks.

Each float pool room is cleaned and sanitized between sessions. Our pools are filtered and sanitized completely every 13 minutes using a state-of-the-art purification process that far exceeds all standards in the industry. The pools are also water vacuumed between all sessions to ensure a pristine environment for each of our guests.

Yes, you can! We use audio transducers to amplify sounds through the water. This makes it so you can hear music while submerged better than any headphones. You can directly connect any device through bluetooth to play your audio of choice through said transducers. We also can play one of our playlists or the radio for your enjoyment.
